Shipping & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days for exchange or full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping, handling or other charges.

  • An item must be in its original packaging and in its original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price (less any S&H or other charges).  Laundered items cannot be returned and will not be accepted.
  • Please indicate reason for return and the action to be taken (exchange or refund).
  • Send your package via a prepaid, traceable method to ensure a documented delivery.  We cannot accept packages sent COD.
  • For your protection, insure your package for its full value. Please follow the return instructions below.

Return Instructions:

To return your order, please contact our Customer Service Team by e-mail at consumerassist@ideafactoryinc.com or call toll-free at 1-800-867-4673 to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please note that all returns must have RA # and will otherwise be rejected. All returns are subject to inspection.

Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. 

Pack the products into a shipping box with adequate packing material to prevent damage, and tape securely. Write the RA # issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Ship your parcel back to us postage paid to:

A credit will appear for the cost of the items minus any original shipping fees after we have received and processed your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been received by our processing department. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

NOTE:  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders placed will be shipped within 1-4 business days, excluding holidays. We currently ship all orders via UPS Ground or USPS. If you require Expedited Delivery, please call 1-800-867-4673 or 262-703-0011 and we will advise you of additional fees based on your required delivery.

We currently ship only to US addresses and P.O. boxes.  If you require delivery outside the US, contact consumerassist@ideafactoryinc.com and we will respond with delivery options and related shipping and handling fees.  Please provide the product(s) and quantity in addition to mailing address. 


Ground Shipping

In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3 – 7 business days after the order is received.  Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.


Expedited Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS.  A street address is required.  Not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/DPO/FPO addresses.  To check availability for your zip code, contact UPS at www.ups.com or 800-742-5877.


How orders are processed and shipped

Orders are processed online 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and over the phone Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 4 PM, and Friday, 8 – 11 AM, Central Standard Time, excluding holidays.

Orders are shipped Monday - Thursday, excluding holidays.

Orders to APO, DPO and FPO addresses are sent via United States Postal Service only.


How charges are determined

Shipping and handling charges are based on the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any sales tax and/or deductions.

If items are out-of-stock, the total shipping and handling charges will be adjusted. You can determine the shipping cost for any order before checking out by viewing the shipping calculator.
